Hey, I’m Zoe. I love to cook, take photos and ice cakes. I recently moved from my homeland of England to the West Coast of Canada.

My love of baking came in very early life when we used to spend holidays creating many tiered cakes with every weird imaginable thing a young child could think of. While I dream of my cabin in the woods where I can bake and ice cakes all day long, Salted Honey is my space where I bake up a mix of easy home baking and more creative cakes for special occasions.
